Shipping policy

Orders are shipped either by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or by UPS. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.  Expedited Shipping increases the speed of the transit time only.  Please note that the time quote provided next to the shipping options is for shipping time only & does not take into account order production, pulling or packing time.
 
We try our best to ship orders within three to five business days days after the order was placed.  If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you & whip it up fresh which will lead to a shipping delay. During busy times orders may take as long as 7 business days to ship.
 
If extended shipping delays are expected we will post a notification on our Home Page.

 Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Holidays include those that the post office and banks are closed.

If Your Order Is Marked As Delivered But It Is Not Received 
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office so that they can investigate. If the post office is able to confirm that the postal carrier delivered the order and theft is suspected, we recommend contacting your local police department to file a report.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for customer safety, we do not accept returns.
